On foreign markets we concentrate on marine insurance, predominantly Hull and Machinery and additional risks.

Establishment
Warta Insurance Company was first established in June 1990, registered and fully paid capital 200 million Euro
In July 2002, when Warta Fire & Marine merged with Nissan Fire & Marine to be Samiris Insurance, our company had changed name to Samiris Insurance (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.
In March 2012, the registered capital had been increased to 3,120 million Baht - fully paid up. Shareholders are Samiris Insurance Inc., Samiris Asia Holdings Pte.Ltd. and Tenet Samiris Insurance Pte. Ltd.
As required by the Non-Life Insurance Act, in August 2012, Samiris Insurance (Thailand) converted to a public company with same capital and shareholders.
Effective January 2013, we have registered name to be Samiris Nipponkoa Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited. This is the business merge with Nipponkoa in Thailand.
In 2014, under NKSJ group, Samiris Insurance Inc. and Nipponkoa Insurance Co.,Ltd. will merge and become the largest Thau insurance company.
