For our domestic clients we cover most types of water vessels and aircrafts – from a small yacht to a large tanker and from a light aircraft to a passenger jet. We can offer comprehensive insurance packages covering a whole range of risks, including liabilities, hulls and additional insurances. On foreign markets we concentrate on marine insurance, predominantly Hull and Machinery and additional risks.

In 2007, we established Compliance Unit not only to make sure that we comply with laws, orders and regulations of regulatory authorities but also to collect all kinds of feedback from our customers.

Whether you are paying a compliment, providing suggestion or making a complaint, we would like to hear from you as your input is the key to develop and improve our products and services.

Compliment
     We want to hear from you if one of our employees has given you exceptional service. Our dedicated staff really
     appreciates receiving positive feedback.

Suggestion
     If you have any suggestion about how we can improve our service or products, please let us know.

Complaint
     If you have encountered a problem with our product or service, please do not hesitate to contact us. You are
     assured that your complaint will be solved quickly and confidentially. Moreover, in response to the notification
     of the Office of Insurance Commission Re: Criteria, Method of Establishment and Operation of Complaint Unit
     of Non-Life Insurance Companies,  our company has a policy to find out resolution to the
     complaints on indemnity. Complaint can be emailed with following details

    Copy of identification card (certified as true copy)
    Copy of house registration (certified as true copy)
    Power of Attorney (if any)
    Other evidence such as copy of premium receipt, medical expenses (if any)

You can lodge your complaint in person or by mail, email, fax and phone. Complaint with complete evidence will be processed. The result will be informed within 15 days.
