Immediately after you have been informed that the insured cargo is damaged during transportation,
please proceed as following:
1. Call our 24 hr. hot line claim service at 097172
Our claim staff is ready to serve and give you advice 24 hrs.
2. The company will arrange a Surveyor to meet you and inspect the loss and check damaged items.
3. Prepare documents for the Surveyor as following:
Copy of Invoice
Copy of Packing List
Original or Copy of Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
Original Insurance Policy
Original Survey Note or Damage Cargo List - DMC
Original Claim Letter or Claim Bill to us.
Copy of Claim Letter against Carriers
Other Documents which may be required by the company
After the Surveyor has received all required documents and amount of loss is agreed upon, the company will
make claim payment to you as soon as possible.
» Miscellaneous Claim Procedure
Immediately after you have been informed that your insured property is damaged, please proceed as following:
1. Call our 24 hr. hot line claim service at 097172.
Our claim staff is ready to serve and give you advice 24 hrs.
2. The company will arrange a Loss Adjuster to meet you, to examine and check damaged items
including inquire the cause of loss.
3. Loss Adjuster will advise you to prepare documents as following:
Quotation of repair or replacement of damaged property
Original receipt of damaged property (if available)
List of damaged property
Copy of daily police report (in case of burglary, theft or other party has caused damage to insured property)
Report on cause of loss. (if available)
The company may ask for additional documents to support the claim.
4. After the Surveyor has received all required documents and amount of loss is agreed upon, the company will make claim payment to you as soon as possible
